Water Treatment Plant Construction in Oradea

This contract involves the design and construction of works for the Oradea water supply system (BH-CL-1), specifically the rehabilitation of Plant 5. The work includes: a) Construction activities. b) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment. c) Testing and commissioning. d) Addressing any defects that arise during the warranty period of at least 36 months or 48/60 months. e) Training of the Beneficiary's and/or Operator's personnel. The contract implementation duration is 15 months, with an additional defect notification period of at least 36, 48, or 60 months. The implementation timeline includes: - 2 months for site studies and process technology project preparation; - 3 to 6 months for detailed execution project preparation for all components; - 5 to 15 months for the execution of works, as outlined in section "3.12.2 Timeline for documents to be submitted by the Contractor" in Chapter 2 of the Contracting Entity's Requirements. The Contractor will organize the work based on their experience and technology according to the technical offer and execution schedule (Gantt Chart) submitted. The consolidated response will be posted as follows: - The Contracting Entity will only respond to clarification requests made up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers; - The consolidated response to clarification requests will be sent 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity reserves the right not to respond to any clarification requests after the specified deadline.
