Food Supply Contract for Kindergarten in Plovdiv

This contract involves the periodic supply of food products for the needs of the "Osmi Mart" Kindergarten in Plovdiv. Suppliers are invited to provide offers for seven specific categories of food items, which include: 1. Fresh fruits and vegetables 2. Milk and dairy products 3. Meat, fish, and eggs 4. Organic fruits and vegetables compliant with EU regulations 5. Organic meat and dairy products compliant with EU regulations 6. Bread and bakery products 7. Dietary and gluten-free food products. The contract will be governed by the terms outlined in the draft agreement, technical specifications, and pricing proposals for each category. The contract duration will be as specified in the draft agreement. Note that a written contract will not be established for category 7. Categories 6 and 7 will be awarded based on their individual estimated value, as the total estimated value is below the threshold for direct assignment.
