Software and IT Systems Packages – Supply of Equipment and Software under the National Reconstruction Plan

This contract involves the supply of equipment and software as part of the National Reconstruction Plan. The tasks include: 1. Modifying the PACS system and implementing a comprehensive solution for managing radiological research descriptions integrated with the Intelligent Services Platform (PUI) of the e-Health Center. 2. Supply and implementation of a central patient monitoring system. 3. Delivery of mobile workstations for the HIS system. 4. Expanding the EDM with new documents and monitoring and reporting on document indexing. 5. Integration with the e-Health Center - treatment card - digitization and indexing. 6. Expansion of AMMS AI imaging documentation - interface to the CeZ system - Intelligent Services Platform. 7. Implementation of AMMS software - Electronic stroke questionnaire and Electronic joint replacement questionnaire. 8. Expansion of the Wi-Fi network. Partial offers are allowed, meaning suppliers can submit bids for individual tasks (1 to 8). Suppliers may submit offers for up to 8 tasks without limiting the number of tasks for a single supplier. Detailed descriptions of the contract are included in Attachments: 2b, 4, 3a-3h, 5 to the SWZ. This procedure is conducted under funding from the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, component D 'Efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system.'
