School Meal Services in Kolbudy

The contract involves the preparation and delivery of meals in educational institutions within the Kolbudy municipality. It is divided into two parts: Part 1 includes meal services for various schools, with specific quantities of lunches, breakfasts, and snacks required for each institution. Part 2 focuses on preschool meal services, detailing the number of meals needed for different age groups. The contractor will be responsible for equipping the kitchen, as the current equipment belongs to the existing contractor. The buyer reserves the right to adjust the number of meals based on current needs. Meals will be provided from Monday to Friday during school days and according to the preschool schedule for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school years. The buyer may also provide meals during winter and summer breaks. Meal preparation must comply with the regulations set by the Minister of Health regarding food groups for children and youth in educational institutions. The meals must meet specific nutritional standards and include a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, ensuring a balanced diet for children.
