Aviation Fuel Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of AVGAZ 100LL aviation fuel, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the tender documents. There are two lots: LOT 1 requires an estimated quantity of 150,000 liters of AV GAS 100LL ASTM-D910 to be delivered to the fuel tank at the G.V. Bibescu Strejnic Aerodrome, located at Strada Principala, no. 6, Sat Strejnicu, Comuna Targsorul Vechi, Judetul Prahova. LOT 2 requires an estimated quantity of 50,000 liters of AV GAS 100LL ASTM D910, to be delivered directly into the aircraft tanks at the SSAVC Technical Base, located at Sos. Bucuresti – Ploiesti, no. 40, Sector 1, Bucharest. The total estimated value, excluding VAT, is 1,382,000.00 lei. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 4th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe specified in Section I of the Data Sheet, which is 6 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
