Architectural and Engineering Services for ProSenior New Jičín - Domeček

This public procurement contract involves the assessment of the Conceptual Study, which is attached as Appendix 1 of the Tender Documentation, and the development of a detailed design proposal based on this study. It includes the preparation of project documentation at various stages: project documentation for obtaining permits, project documentation for construction execution, including a priced list of construction works, supplies, and services with a bill of quantities and itemized budget for the construction. The project aims to build a social services center, ProSenior New Jičín - Domeček, which will serve registered social services such as field, outpatient, and residential services. The project also includes the modification of public spaces and gardens, connection to technical and transport infrastructure, engineering networks, construction of an access road from B. Martinů Street, public parking, and public lighting. Additionally, the contract covers engineering activities to secure necessary approvals and positive statements required for obtaining project permits, including ensuring a final decision on the permit, as well as consultations during the selection of the construction contractor and oversight by the designer during construction.
