Architectural Services for Residential Building Renovation in Wrocław

This contract involves the preparation of design and cost documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of residential buildings located in Wrocław at the following addresses: 46 Dolnobrzeska Street, 18 Dolnobrzeska Street, 16 Dolnobrzeska Street, and 16a Dolnobrzeska Street. The scope of work includes: 1) preparing and delivering the design and cost documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of the specified building as detailed in the guidelines for the documentation; 2) obtaining and providing the buyer with the construction permit decision from the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the City of Wrocław (referred to as WAiZ UM), along with confirmation of the application submission for the issuance of a certificate that the decision has become final / obtaining and providing the buyer with a certificate stating that there are no grounds for objection to the intended construction works in accordance with Article 30, paragraph 5aa of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994; 3) providing author supervision during the execution of the construction works covered by the developed documentation. The contractor is required to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in Annex 10 to the SWZ – Agreement (template) along with attachments.
