    Brief

    This public procurement contract is a framework agreement that outlines all contractual stipulations. It will be executed as purchase orders are issued, in accordance with articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is established without a minimum quantity and has a maximum quantity defined for its entire validity period, as per article R2162-4, 2° of the public procurement code. The maximum contractual quantities for the duration of the contract are specified in Annex 1 of the Technical Specifications Document (CCTP) titled 'Catalog of Needs'. This public contract is awarded to a single supplier. The contract will be executed at unit prices set in the unit price schedule (BPU). All supplies that can be ordered are described in the special technical clauses document (CCTP). The estimated annual quantities for the public contract are provided in Annex 1 of the Contract Notice (RC) titled 'Quantity Table'. These quantities are not contractually binding and are only for the purpose of bid analysis. Variants are allowed for lot number 54. Additional services may be requested for lots number 11 and 20. The validity period for offers is set at seven (7) months from the deadline for submission of offers.
