Vehicle Rental for Patient Transport Services

This contract opportunity is for the rental of vehicles to provide transportation services for patients at the Reha-Zentrum in Kassel, Germany. The service will operate from 2026 to 2028 and will involve transporting up to 50 patients per day (with some flexibility in numbers). The transport will be from the patients' homes to the rehabilitation center located at Wilhelmshöher Allee 91 and back. The distance for these trips will be no more than 15 km from the center, based on Google Maps calculations. The service includes daily route planning, operational management such as regular route scheduling, special trips, coordination for delays, and transportation to a movement pool and laboratory sample transport. Additional courier services may be arranged upon prior agreement.
