Production of Promotional and Informational Videos for Tourism in the Czech Republic

This public contract aims to secure audiovisual content that will support the promotion of tourist attractions in the Czech Republic as part of the buyer's marketing campaigns. The audiovisual content will be used on the internet, social media, television broadcasts, and in marketing materials created by the buyer, including advertisements in the Czech Republic and abroad, particularly in neighboring countries, other EU countries, North America, China, Japan, South Korea, and beyond. The buyer is seeking the production of audiovisual content in various lengths, with different content and formats, including animation, motion graphics, and visual effects (VFX), 2-D and 3-D animation, voice-over narration, and musical accompaniment. This also includes spoken word or audio spots for radio use, video post-production (color grading, editing, graphics, rendering), subtitling videos in Czech or using translated texts, and further localization of videos into foreign languages. Additionally, the contract includes securing foreign language voice-over, models, actors, and casting, obtaining rights for representation (buyout), transferring licensing rights to the buyer, for example, through an exclusive, unlimited time license, filming and delivering raw footage, or providing edited audiovisual works to the buyer.
