Pharmaceutical Products Supply Contract 1-2025

This contract involves the supply of pharmaceutical products and medications as specified in the requirements document. The minimum and maximum quantities, as well as the framework agreement details, can be found in the annex to the specifications. According to Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Furthermore, as per Article 160, paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Any requests for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A will prevent the contracting authority from providing a response within the timeframe specified in point B, and therefore, any requests for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.
