School Furniture Procurement for Motru Municipality

This contract involves the procurement of educational supplies for schools in Motru Municipality, structured into 19 lots. The lots include: - Lot 5: Furniture and teaching materials for kindergarten classrooms; - Lot 6: Specific furniture for physics laboratories; - Lot 8: Specific furniture for multidisciplinary laboratories; - Lot 10: Specific furniture for multidisciplinary laboratories – exercise firm; - Lot 11: Teaching materials for multidisciplinary laboratories – exercise firm; - Lot 12.2: Digital equipment for physics laboratories; - Lot 15: Specific furniture for school offices; - Lot 16: Teaching materials for school offices. This procurement reopens lots that were canceled during previous awarding procedures published in SEAP under participation announcements CN1068446 on April 30, 2024, and CN1076306 on December 16, 2024. Detailed descriptions of the products and quantities to be procured are provided in section II.2.4 of the public procurement description for each lot. For the supplied products, the supplier will ensure installation, commissioning, and training of personnel on operation and maintenance where applicable. Any economic operator can request clarifications regarding the awarding documentation at least 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
