Engineering Services for Construction of Bridges in Jeleśnia

This contract involves the following: 1. Under the basic contract (referred to as the 'Basic Order'), the contractor will prepare project documentation along with necessary opinions, agreements, and decisions required for the construction of 46 bridges in the Jeleśnia Forest District, as detailed in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference (OPZ). 2. Under the optional contract (referred to as the 'Option'), the contractor will provide author supervision over the construction works based on the project documentation mentioned in point 1. The contracting authority has the right to declare the use of the Option or part of it during the term of the contract for the execution of the subject of the order. The contracting authority may choose not to use the Option or to use it partially, and the contractor will not have any claims against the contracting authority in this regard. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of utilizing the Option, provided that financial resources are secured in the project 'Comprehensive Project for the Adaptation of Forests and Forestry to Climate Change - Small Retention and Prevention of Water Erosion in Mountain Areas - Continuation' (MRG3), corresponding to the scope of the Option being activated in the event of the contract being awarded.
