Food Supply Contract for Social Assistance

This procurement opportunity involves the supply of food and related products for the Social Assistance Canteen and the Day Center for Children in Piticii, which are managed by the Râmnicu Sărat Social Assistance Directorate. The aim is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of food items across nine categories for a duration of 12 months. Contracts will be awarded every six months. The selection of the most economically advantageous offer will be based on the quality-price ratio, in accordance with current legislation: Law 98/2016 and Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2023, Article XI. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe specified in Section I.3) of the Data Sheet, also 10 days prior to the deadline.
