Tapiola Swimming Hall Renovation and Expansion Project

This is a follow-up notice regarding the renovation and expansion of the Tapiola Swimming Hall. The project will be executed as a divided contract, with the main contractor overseeing the work and other contracts being subordinate to this main contract through a subcontracting agreement. This notice specifically pertains to the ventilation and building automation contract. The swimming hall, designed by architect Aarne Ervi, was completed in 1965 and underwent renovations and expansions in 2005. The design and execution will take into account the urban, architectural, and aesthetic values of the Tapiola Swimming Hall, which will be preserved during the reconstruction and repairs. All facilities and outdoor areas of the swimming hall will be repaired or newly constructed as part of this project. The section completed in 2005 will be renovated, while sections A, C, and D will be newly constructed. The main pool hall will be built as a new structure, maintaining the original appearance.
