Dynamic Purchasing System for Diesel Fuel

This contract involves the supply of diesel fuel according to the standards of ČSN EN 590. The diesel must meet specific quality requirements based on seasonal and climatic conditions. From April 15 to September 30, the fuel must be Class B with a filterability of 0°C; from October 1 to November 15, it must be Class D with a filterability of -10°C; from November 16 to February 28, it must be Class F with a filterability of -20°C; and from March 1 to April 14, it must again be Class D with a filterability of -10°C. Depending on expected climatic conditions, suppliers may be required to provide Arctic diesel fuel with a filterability lower than -32°C and a cloud point lower than -22°C. The estimated annual quantity of diesel fuel required is approximately 280,000 liters, with an expected consumption of about 40,000 liters over a period of 1.5 to 2 average calendar months.
