Construction of a Photovoltaic Installation for PWiK Gliwice

This contract involves the design, supply, and construction of a photovoltaic (PV) installation with a capacity of approximately 499 kWp at the site adjacent to the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in Gliwice. The main components of the contract include: 1) Delivery of photovoltaic panels; 2) Comprehensive design and execution of the installation, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals; 3) Preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; 4) Construction and installation works based on the developed documentation; 5) Delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment; 6) Handover of the completed facility along with documentation, including obtaining an occupancy permit. The project will be executed in stages as outlined in the Financial and Technical Schedule. The contractor must provide documentation confirming that the supplies and works meet the requirements set by the contracting authority. The warranty and guarantee period must match, as specified in the contract documents.
