    Brief

    This contract involves the removal of trees, shrubs, and self-seeded plants. The contractor is required to: 1. Process the wood, cut it, and stack it in symmetrical, regular piles with a maximum length of 2.4 meters. 2. Clean up and dispose of the remnants from the cut trees, shrubs, and self-seeded plants, as well as other waste generated from the work, in accordance with applicable regulations (leaving wood chips evenly spread on-site is allowed). 3. Clear the area after tree cutting, removing branches and trunks, and burning of waste is strictly prohibited. 4. Purchase and remove the harvested wood. For maintenance activities, the contractor must: 1. Clean up, remove, and dispose of branches, trunks, and other waste generated from the work, following applicable regulations (leaving wood chips evenly spread on-site is allowed) – burning of waste is prohibited. For planting replacement trees, the contractor must: 1. Plant according to horticultural or forestry standards to ensure survival until the next growing season, following the guidelines in the order description and administrative decision. 2. Properly prepare the soil before planting by mixing peat, fertile soil, and sand as per the guidelines. 3. Water the plantings abundantly. 4. Install supports for the trees according to the guidelines, or stake the trees with at least three stakes if no guidelines are provided. 5. Install protective nets on the planted trees as per the guidelines or at a minimum height of 50 cm. 6. Clean up the area after the work is completed. Additional information: 1. Tree cutting and removal must not damage other trees or the area covered by the service. 2. Burning of waste on-site is strictly prohibited. 3. The contractor will purchase and manage the harvested wood based on a list prepared by an authorized representative. 4. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the contract. 5. The planting material must be healthy, free from pests and mechanical damage, and have a well-developed root system. 6. All arrangements regarding work organization and site security are the contractor's responsibility. 7. If the work obstructs traffic, the contractor must create a traffic management plan as part of the offered price. 8. A joint site visit is recommended after the contractor is selected to discuss the work process and site security. 9. Warning signs must be placed in hazardous areas. 10. The contractor must ensure access to all neighboring properties. 11. The contractor must store equipment and materials in a way that does not obstruct traffic. Other conditions are detailed in administrative decisions and other documents, which will be incorporated into the contract.
