Playground Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services

The City of Noisy-le-Sec is seeking suppliers to provide annual inspection and maintenance services for all playground equipment in the city, including those in parks, schools, and daycare centers. This contract is essential for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the safety of outdoor play areas. Suppliers will be responsible for inspecting play structures and safety surfaces according to current standards, performing necessary repairs (corrective maintenance), and replacing outdated equipment to prevent accidents. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 involves inspecting playgrounds and safety surfaces, providing a report with a list of required repairs; Lot 2 covers maintenance operations for children's play equipment; and Lot 3 focuses on replacing or creating new play equipment. Candidates should note that they cannot apply for all lots simultaneously, as the inspection tasks in Lot 1 are incompatible with maintenance and replacement tasks in Lots 2 and 3. However, it is possible to apply for both Lots 2 and 3 at the same time. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot awarded separately. Payments will be made based on unit prices and fixed rates.
