Bus Transportation Services Contract

The local government of Overijse regularly organizes trips and activities that require bus transportation to take participants to their destinations and possibly back. This contract involves various types of transportation assignments that differ in distance, duration, and capacity. It is a framework agreement as defined in Article 2, 35° of the law dated June 17, 2016, which will be established with multiple participants. The contracting authority will place orders based on its needs. The duration of this framework agreement is 12 months for each lot, with the possibility of extending it three times by 12 months each time.
