Energy Renovation of Fire Station in Slavonski Brod

This contract involves the energy renovation of the building housing the Public Fire Station in Slavonski Brod, Croatia. The project aims to significantly reduce primary energy consumption, annual heating energy requirements, and harmful CO2 emissions. The renovation will upgrade the building's energy efficiency from class F to class C, achieving a 48% reduction in annual primary energy use, a 65% reduction in heating energy needs, and a 65% decrease in CO2 emissions. Detailed cost estimates are provided in a separate document, which is part of the procurement documentation. Unit prices for each item must be rounded to two decimal places and expressed in euros. Bidders must not alter the descriptions or content of the cost estimates. All proposed work must meet the requirements outlined in the procurement description and detailed specifications. Unit prices will remain fixed throughout the contract duration. The project is contracted on a 'turnkey' basis, meaning the contractor is responsible for completing the project in accordance with the principles of integrity and functionality, ensuring all work meets the necessary functional and comprehensive requirements.
