Waste Wood Collection and Processing Services in Belgium

This contract involves the acquisition of wood collected selectively from recycling parks managed by the contracting authority, with some wood centralized at the Mont-Saint-Guibert transfer center. The wood will be processed for reuse as secondary raw material or for energy recovery. The contract is divided into four lots, each with specific details outlined in the technical clauses. For the first three lots, the offered price will be combined with the transportation cost from the recycling parks to the delivery location to compare offers and select the lowest bid. For the fourth lot, bidders must specify whether their price includes collection from the Mont-Saint-Guibert transfer center and transportation to their delivery location, or if it only covers processing, in which case the price will be adjusted based on current transportation costs per ton. Note: If the delivery location differs from the processing site, internal transfers will be included in the processing price. The contract is divided into four lots as follows: Lot 1 - Container parks in Braine-le-Comte, Tubize, Rebecq, Ittre, and Braine-le-Château. Estimated annual transports: 750. Estimated annual tonnage: 2,997 tons. Gravity center: intersection of N6 and N280. Lot 2 - Container parks in Nivelles, Genappe, and Villers-la-Ville. Estimated annual transports: 469. Estimated annual tonnage: 1,859 tons. Gravity center: Church of Houtain-le-Val on N93. Lot 3 - Container parks in Orp-Jauche, Jodoigne, Incourt, Perwez, and Walhain. Estimated annual transports: 668. Estimated annual tonnage: 2,644 tons. Gravity center: intersection of N91 and N29. For lots 1 to 3: Transportation between the recycling parks and the delivery location is not included in this contract. Therefore, for comparison purposes, the processing price will be adjusted to include transportation from the relevant recycling parks to the delivery location. This contract will be awarded to the bidder with the most economically advantageous offer based on the corrected price criterion, provided it is formally and materially regular and acceptable. Lot 4 - Collection of wood centralized at our transfer center in Mont-Saint-Guibert. Estimated annual quantity: 3,997 tons of shredded wood (average size of shreds 15-30 cm), partially debarked, loaded by hydraulic shovel or front loader by the contracting authority. Collection location: Rue de la Petite Sibérie in Mont-Saint-Guibert. The price is understood as 'departure from the transfer center' in Mont-Saint-Guibert. Average weight: 17.61 tons/90 m³. For lot 4, the price submitted must specify whether it includes collection from the Mont-Saint-Guibert transfer center and transportation to the bidder's delivery location, or if it only covers processing (to be specified by the bidder). In this case, the price will be adjusted based on an ongoing market transportation cost of €19.34 excluding VAT per ton.
