Czech Republic – Services for Planting and Maintenance of Green Areas – Planting LBC Žerotín, LBK10 and IP24 in the Cadastre of Měnín

This contract involves the execution of plantings for elements of the Ecological Stability System (ÚSES) – biocenter Žerotín, biocorridor LBK10, and interaction element IP 24, designed as part of the Land Use Plan (KoPÚ) in the cadastre of Měnín. These elements will serve significant landscape, ecological, and anti-erosion functions. Most of the land is currently used for agriculture. The plantings will include native tree and herbaceous vegetation suitable for local natural conditions to fulfill the basic functions of the local ecological stability system (biological, functional, anti-erosion, and aesthetic). The biocorridor LBK10 will be partially implemented on existing arable land, and some existing vegetation will be pruned, treated, and supplemented, while new plantings will be established in other areas. The establishment of grass is required by the contracting authority before the implementation of the plantings. The project includes fencing parts of the elements and subsequent maintenance of the greenery for a period of 3 years.
