This contract involves the deployment, operation, and development of a ride-sharing service called HéLéman, which does not require reservations. The framework agreement is divided into two lots, each containing a standard market component and a component for a framework agreement with purchase orders. The maximum amount for services under the purchase order for the entire duration of the contract is €199,990. Each lot will be awarded separately.
