The procurement involves the supply of an all-terrain patrol vehicle, a 7+1 seat patrol vehicle, a 20+1 seat minibus – type 2, and an all-terrain double cab pickup vehicle, with delivery to the contracting authority's headquarters (UM 0527 Galați). The Galați Gendarmerie has identified the need to enhance preparedness in risk management and crisis prevention at the Romania-Moldova border. Based on this assessment, it is deemed essential to improve the material assurance during the execution of missions aimed at maintaining safety and security at the Romania-Moldova border. Through the procurement of technical products, the contracting authority aims to enhance the equipment of military units within the Galați Gendarmerie, focusing on safety and security at the Romania-Moldova border. The technical products will be used for intervention missions to restore order in crisis situations at the Romania-Moldova border. These products are necessary to ensure the mobility of military personnel in fulfilling their missions. Interested economic operators can request clarifications/additional information up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and competently to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
