Construction of Administrative Building in Kappeln

The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is seeking suppliers for drywall and construction work for a new three-story administrative building with an underground garage located at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. The project covers a total area of 2,053 m², with a net floor area of 2,637 m² and a garage area of 1,136 m². Access to the site will be via a new access road from Wassermühlenstraße, which is scheduled for completion in autumn 2024. During construction, a temporary access route will be established at the northern edge of the property. The building will be constructed using a reinforced concrete skeleton, with strip foundations and concrete walls for the garage. The above-ground floors will utilize precast concrete elements and steel systems. Non-load-bearing exterior walls will be made from wooden frame construction. The roof will be constructed from wood, and drainage will be implemented during both the construction phase and for ongoing operations.
