This contract involves construction and installation works for the repair of the sidewalk on General Nikola Zhekov Street, specifically from Targovska Street to Zvezda Street in the Nadежda-4 residential area. Documentation of the completed works must comply with Regulation No. 3 from July 31, 2003, which governs the preparation of acts and protocols during construction, as well as protocols for completed construction and installation works. All construction and installation activities must adhere to current technical and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and standards relevant to such projects. The construction products used must meet the specifications outlined in the quantitative and value estimates and must satisfy minimum quality requirements. Before commencing construction, the contractor must take necessary measures to ensure safety. Technical and quality control of the project will be conducted by the Sofia Municipality - Nadежda district.
