Waste Sorting Services in Bucharest

This contract involves the delegation of waste sorting services for paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, and glass collected separately from municipal waste in sorting stations. The contract includes the transportation of sorted waste residues to landfills and/or energy recovery facilities for Sector 1 of Bucharest. The contract will be awarded through an open offline auction and will last for 60 months. The contracting entity reserves the right to modify the quantities of waste without it being considered a substantial change. The sorting fee will be adjusted according to the regulations approved by ANRSC. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification on the 15th day before the submission deadline.
