Waste Collection Transport Contract in Denmark

I/S REFA is offering a contract for the transportation of waste from recycling and container sites in the municipalities of Lolland and Guldborgsund to designated receiving facilities. The contract includes the collection of combustible and non-combustible waste (landfill waste) as well as waste for recycling. It is divided into two sub-contracts for Lolland Municipality and Guldborgsund Municipality. The contract will be effective from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029, with an option for I/S REFA to extend it for an additional 4 x 6 months, potentially until December 31, 2031. The transportation services will be based in Lolland Falster. If the receiving facilities change and the contractor needs to operate outside Lolland Falster, the prices submitted in Appendix 2 – Price List will apply. In 2024, I/S REFA had 6,238 pickups in Guldborgsund Municipality and 3,842 pickups in Lolland Municipality. Detailed data can be found in the tender documents.
