Romania – Solutions for Infusions – Procurement of Infusion Solutions

This procurement opportunity is for the acquisition of medications as specified in the terms of reference and the list of lots included in this announcement. Economic operators can request clarifications or additional information until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests within 11 days before the submission deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent through SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the contracted quantity according to Article 221, paragraph 1, letter e and paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016. The framework agreement will be concluded upon the awarding of this procedure, starting the validity of both the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts after the expiration of the validity of the framework agreements and the related subsequent contracts for the products subject to this procurement procedure. If centralized public procurements organized by the Ministry of Health are finalized during the validity of the framework agreement for the medications subject to this procedure, the contracting unit will terminate the framework agreement/subsequent contract by written notification without any compensation, and the procurement procedure will be conducted according to the new contracts concluded by the Ministry of Health. For the CPV codes related to this procedure, the framework agreement will be concluded upon the awarding of the contract for this procedure, and subsequent contracts will be concluded after the expiration of the validity of the framework agreements and the subsequent contracts from the ongoing procedure.
