Construction and Renovation Project for University Dining Facility in Aarhus

FEAS Erhverv P/S is seeking suppliers for construction and renovation work related to the establishment of a dining facility, known as 'Spisestedet', in the University City of Aarhus. This project involves the renovation and new construction of building 1802/19B located at Universitetsbyen 38, 8000 Aarhus C, which was previously part of the Aarhus Municipality Hospital. The existing building, constructed in 1938, covers approximately 1,250 m², including a basement, and will be preserved and transformed. Additionally, around 900 m² of new construction will be added, including a basement. The new dining facility will provide cafeteria services for students and other users in the University City, featuring kitchen facilities capable of daily production for approximately 900 meals and dining areas with around 400 seats. The project will be executed in 12 separate contracts, including one main contract and 11 specialized contracts. Currently, 9 of the 12 contracts are being offered through this EU procurement process, while the remaining contracts will be tendered separately.
