High-Resolution Scanning Electron Microscope Supply

This contract involves the supply of a high-resolution scanning electron microscope dedicated to 3D imaging for the Materials Engineering and Plastic Processing Center at Wrocław University of Technology. The supplier is responsible for delivering, installing, and commissioning the microscope, which includes a STEM module, EDS detector, EBSD, ion beam section, micromanipulators for sample preparation, and all necessary equipment and software. The installation will take place at the university's premises, and a minimum of 20 days of application training is required within the first two years at the microscope's location. The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused prior to delivery, and free from any physical or legal defects. The contract stipulates a delivery timeframe of up to 6 months from the contract signing date, with a preference for a shorter period. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement if the necessary funding is not secured. The evaluation process will follow a reversed procedure, assessing offers before qualifying the highest-rated supplier. The offer must include a completed form, declarations of non-exclusion, and any necessary documentation to prove the right to sign the offer.
