Maintenance and Improvement Services for the Electronic Public Procurement System in Croatia

The Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) is a national information system designed for electronic public procurement. It serves contracting authorities, suppliers, and other interested economic entities to conduct and participate in public procurement procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. The goal is to establish contracts or framework agreements for the procurement of goods, works, or services, conduct project tenders, and award concessions. EOJN RH ensures transparency and public access to public procurement processes through electronic communication, in compliance with the Public Procurement Act and other relevant laws. The procurement includes: - maintenance services for EOJN RH, - upgrade and improvement services for existing components of EOJN RH, and - development and implementation services for new components of EOJN RH.
