Maintenance and Renovation Works Framework Agreement

This procurement aims to establish a framework agreement for maintenance and renovation works on public buildings. The buyer is a consortium formed by the cities of Saint-Nazaire, Donges, Saint-Malo-de-Guersac, Trignac, Montoir-de-Bretagne, Pornichet, and Saint-Joachim, along with the CCAS, CARENE, SEM SONADEV, SPL SONADEV Territoires Publics, the association Les Escales, and STRAN. The procurement is divided into 15 lots, each leading to a mixed multi-award framework agreement. Most works will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with some being awarded through subsequent contracts. The terms for distributing purchase orders among awardees are outlined in the regulations and contract documents. The framework agreement may have minimum amounts (depending on the lots) and has maximum amounts valid for the entire duration of the agreement, which is set for 4 years (see Annex 2 for the distribution of amounts among consortium members).
