Reconstruction of Didolić Courtyard in Selca

The procurement involves the reconstruction of the Didolić Courtyard complex in the municipality of Selca on the island of Brač. This complex, built by the prominent Didolić family in the late 19th century, served as a center for cultural and political life during the National Revival in Dalmatia. The main building is accompanied by a spacious garden and utility buildings. The monumental two-story stone building, shaped like an 'L', is constructed with regular stone blocks. It was damaged in 1943 when it was set on fire by the occupying Italian army. Due to its architectural significance and complex spatial organization, the complex is listed in the register of immovable cultural assets of the Republic of Croatia under the designation Z-5584, classified as a cultural-historical unit.
