Client Management System Implementation for Health and Social Services

The Zweckverband Soziale Dienste Linthgebiet (ZVSDL) is seeking to implement a new client management software. The ZVSDL emphasizes a process-oriented evaluation for this project. The objectives of the new client management system include: * Effectively representing and functionally processing the individual steps of the counseling centers, * Ensuring a high alignment with defined processes and mandatory/optional criteria, * Fully transferring all existing data from the current system (including data migration with a clearly described approach), * Ensuring a uniform configuration and implementation of processes in both counseling centers, regardless of whether two separate installations or a single installation with differentiated access rights is realized. The project encompasses project management, installation, integration, as well as maintenance and support of the software solution.
