Medical Equipment Supply Contract

This contract is for the supply of medical equipment and apparatus in Romania. The contract will be established for a duration of 60 days, with an estimated total value of 939,000 lei excluding VAT. The products must come with a minimum warranty of 24 months (2 years). A participation guarantee of 1% of the estimated value is required. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to these requests 11 days before the deadline. The award criterion is the best quality-price ratio for all lots. The proposed delivery time must remain firm, as it is a factor in the total score for selecting the winning offer. If, for objective reasons, the delivery and acceptance of the product exceed December 31, 2025, payment will be made through the State Treasury according to the provisions of articles 34 and 36 of OUG 57/2015, and article 4 of OUG 33/2022, based on the contract, invoice, acceptance report, commissioning report, and training report. All fees and taxes related to payment through letters of credit will be borne by the supplier.
