Insurance Services for the Wielkopolskie Recycling Center

The contract involves providing insurance services for the Wielkopolskie Recycling Center in Jarocin, Poland. The procurement is divided into two parts: Part I focuses on property and liability insurance, including coverage for all risks, electronic equipment, construction machinery, and civil liability. Part II pertains to vehicle insurance, covering civil liability for vehicle owners, comprehensive insurance, and accident insurance for drivers and passengers. Detailed descriptions of the insurance risks are provided in Annex 7 of the procurement documentation. Suppliers can submit offers for one or both parts of the contract, and there is no limit on the number of parts that can be awarded to a single supplier. The insurance agreements will be facilitated through a licensed insurance broker. The procurement process is open and follows the regulations set forth in the public procurement law.
