Czech Republic – Heat Pumps – Reducing Energy Consumption in the Municipal Office and Cultural Center of Bělotín - Replacement of Heat Sources with Heat Pumps

This public procurement contract involves the replacement of two heat sources in the municipal office building with a total capacity of at least 32 kW at A2/W35, and two heat sources in the cultural center building with a total capacity of at least 26 kW at A2/W35. The new air/water heat pumps will be connected to a separate heating branch with an accumulator of 300 liters with a built-in electric heater (for the cultural center) and 500 liters with a built-in electric heater (for the municipal office). Additionally, the contract includes the preparation of domestic hot water (DHW) with an accumulator of 200 liters with a built-in electric heater (for the cultural center) and 500 liters with a built-in electric heater (for the municipal office). The scope of work also includes the complete dismantling of the existing heating sources in each building and the installation of heat pumps with an integrated electric boiler, with a gas condensing boiler as a secondary source.
