Consulting Engineering Services for Railway Modernization in Plovdiv

This public procurement contract seeks consulting engineering services for the preparation of a technical project and specifications for the modernization of the railway line, contact network, and signaling and telecommunications systems between Plovdiv and Filipovo. The project is part of the 'Technical Assistance for the Development of the Plovdiv Railway Node, Stage 2'. Key activities include: 1. Preparing a comprehensive technical project and construction specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The contractor must deliver a complete set of documentation, including drawings, explanatory notes, calculations, and simulations, demonstrating compliance with interoperability requirements. Coordination with external institutions and preparation of documents for a comprehensive compliance assessment report for construction permit issuance is required. 2. Developing detailed spatial plans (PUP), including project assignments, project preparation, and coordination of PUP projects, as well as changes to the cadastral map and registers. Expected outcomes include an approved technical project and specifications for the railway modernization, approved detailed spatial plans, changes to the cadastral map, and documentation for expropriation procedures. Note that author supervision is not included in the scope of this procurement.
