Electricity Supply Contract for Wałecka Purchasing Group (2026)

The Wałecka Purchasing Group is seeking suppliers for the delivery of electricity from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. This contract is divided into three parts: 1. **Part 1**: Supply of electricity to various facilities under different tariff groups. 2. **Part 2**: Supply of electricity to facilities under tariff group B. 3. **Part 3**: Supply of electricity for street lighting. Suppliers can submit offers for any number of parts. The estimated electricity quantity is indicative and may vary based on actual consumption during the contract period. Suppliers should account for potential fluctuations in electricity demand. Quality standards for electricity supply are defined by current regulations. The selected supplier will also be responsible for notifying the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO) about the contract and representing the buyers in the process of changing suppliers. This procurement does not include households or prosumers under net-billing arrangements. The evaluation of offers will follow the procedures outlined in the Public Procurement Law.
