This contract involves the supply of brand new (unused, not repaired, regenerated, or refurbished) batteries and accumulators for ground equipment, compliant with the standards outlined in the attachments to the procurement documents. The quality requirements and relevant documents are specified in the attachments, including a pricing form and a draft contract. The contracting authority allows partial bids, with the contract consisting of 45 tasks, each related to different types of batteries and accumulators for various services, including medical, communication, and infrastructure. Suppliers can submit offers for multiple tasks, but each offer must be complete. Detailed descriptions and minimum quality parameters are provided in the pricing form. Equivalent offers are permitted for certain tasks, and suppliers must provide technical documentation for any equivalent products. The contracting authority requires that the batteries and accumulators delivered have a shelf life of at least 75% of the manufacturer's indicated period, along with production dates. The authority also reserves the right to options for specific tasks, with separate compensation based on quantities specified in the pricing form.
