Public Transport Buses – Supply of 48 Low-Floor City Buses

This contract involves the supply of 48 low-floor city buses of MIDI, MAXI, and MEGA classes powered by diesel engines, divided into three parts: 1) Part 1: Supply of 6 MIDI class low-floor city buses powered by diesel engines, 2) Part 2: Supply of 29 MAXI class low-floor city buses powered by diesel engines, 3) Part 3: Supply of 13 MEGA class low-floor city buses powered by diesel engines, manufactured no earlier than 2020, as confirmed by a note in the registration document. The buses must be of the same brand within each class and part of the contract, produced by the same manufacturer, and free from physical and legal defects. If the offered buses (in each part) were manufactured after April 19, 2022, they must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure dated December 16, 2021, regarding safety and hygiene in urban transport and intercity bus transport. The maximum mileage for each bus cannot exceed: 1) Part 1: 6 MIDI class low-floor city buses powered by diesel engines – 450,000 km, 2) Part 2: 29 MAXI class low-floor city buses powered by diesel engines – 550,000 km, 3) Part 3: 13 MEGA class low-floor city buses powered by diesel engines – 650,000 km.
