Development of Commercial Construction Areas in Bexbach

The City of Bexbach is seeking engineering services for the development of new commercial construction areas due to high demand for commercial spaces. The planned area is located between the "Gewerbegebiet Ost, 2. Bauabschnitt, Teilbereich B" (Am Butterhügel) and the commercial area "An der Homburger Straße". The land to be developed includes both forested areas and agricultural land. The site is bordered to the south by Kleinottweiler Straße, with commercial areas to the west and east, and agricultural land to the north. The total area of the properties is approximately 13 hectares, with about 10 hectares designated for new commercial spaces. The scope of the project may be reduced during the planning process, depending on development possibilities and land configurations. This tender includes basic services for engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI. The performance phases 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (optional), 6, and 7 of § 43 HOAI will be awarded, with the phases being awarded incrementally, starting with phase 1.
