Pharmaceutical Products Supply for DULOVO Hospital

This public procurement aims to select a supplier for pharmaceutical products needed by DULOVO Hospital in DULOVO, Bulgaria. The pharmaceutical products must comply with the requirements of the Bulgarian Medicines Act, possessing either a marketing authorization or a registration certificate issued under the Act or Regulation (EC) No. 726/2004 of the European Parliament and Council. All offered pharmaceutical products containing narcotic substances must be listed in Appendices 2 and 3 of the Narcotic Substances Act and meet the requirements of Article 68 of the same Act. Participants in the procurement procedure must offer and deliver pharmaceutical products authorized for use in Bulgaria, in accordance with the Bulgarian Medicines Act. The delivered goods must have all necessary labels, markings, certificates, and other information in compliance with the current national legislation and be accompanied by the required documents according to Bulgarian and relevant international norms and standards.
