Urban Redevelopment Project in Sarcelles

This contract opportunity involves architectural and engineering services for the redevelopment of roadways and outdoor spaces on Avenue du 8-Mai-1945 in Sarcelles, France. The selected supplier will be responsible for various tasks, including: 1. Preliminary Study (AVP): Conducting an initial project study. 2. Project Design (PRO): Developing the project design. 3. Assistance with Construction Contracts (AMT): Providing support for construction market processes. 4. Execution Plan Approval (VISA): Reviewing execution plans. 5. Contract Execution Management (DET): Overseeing the execution of the construction contract. 6. Project Completion Assistance (AOR): Supporting the project owner during the reception operations. Additionally, the supplier will undertake complementary tasks such as: - Scheduling, Management, and Coordination (MC1). - Preparing funding application documents tailored to the requirements of financial backers, including research on aid programs, meetings with funders, and tracking application progress (MC2). - Participating in and facilitating information and presentation meetings with local authorities during the day (MC3) and evening (MC4). - Assisting in the integration of privately acquired parcels into the public domain (MC5).
