Key details include: 1. All medical equipment must be new; second-hand or refurbished items are not accepted. 2. The delivery period is a maximum of 120 days, which includes installation and operational testing to meet the contracting authority's standards. 3. The delivery timeframe includes a 30-day acceptance period for quality and quantity checks, installation, and training services. 4. Suppliers must ensure the availability of original spare parts and consumables for the entire lifespan of the equipment. 5. Offers must include the cost of consumables necessary for testing and training. All products must come with a warranty of at least 24 months from the installation date, covering all repair costs during the warranty period. 6. The delivery, installation, and training must be completed within the specified 120 days from contract signing. The location for equipment installation is at the specified addresses in Mihăești.
