This contract involves the renovation of outdated systems, including chillers, ventilation units, and circulation pumps, which will be replaced with energy-efficient, modern systems. Additionally, the media distribution and fittings will be renewed. The building automation will be extensively modernized to allow for centralized control, monitoring, and efficient operation of all technical systems.
