Supply of Robotic Medical Equipment for Oncology Care Modernization Project

This procurement contract involves the supply of robotic medical equipment for the project titled 'Modernization and Development of Oncology Care at the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Elbląg.' This project is part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, specifically under Component D, which focuses on the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system. The investment is categorized as D1.1.1, aimed at developing and modernizing the infrastructure of specialized care centers and other healthcare entities. The project number is KPOD.07.02.IP.10-0016/24. The detailed requirements regarding the quantity and technical specifications, warranty, delivery and installation conditions, and staff training for the robotic system and its equipment are outlined in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference (Package 1). This includes architectural and electrical documentation, as well as structural project details. The contractor will have the opportunity to review the documentation and the current state of the facility. Additionally, the contractor is required to establish a storage depot as described in the deposit agreement, which is included as Annex 10 to the Terms of Reference. Furthermore, the contract also includes the supply of a cytostatic drug dispensing machine with its equipment, detailed in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference (Package 2). The contractor will also have access to relevant documentation for this package. All technical parameters specified in the technical specifications are mandatory and must be met to avoid rejection of the offer.
