Cleaning Services for the Main Mining Institute

The Main Mining Institute is seeking suppliers to provide cleaning services for its facilities in Katowice and Mikołów. The cleaning must primarily occur outside of working hours, with some areas requiring cleaning during employee presence, such as the Accounting Department. The total area cleaned during working hours will not exceed 20% of the total cleaning area. The contractor must provide cleaning supplies certified by PZH, except for soap and toilet paper. The contractor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness during ongoing renovations and must prepare spaces for training and other activities on non-working days. The contractor must ensure that cleaning staff use separate equipment for toilets and other areas. Additional cleaning may be required after renovation work, and the contractor will not receive extra payment for this. The contractor must also ensure that staff working at heights are properly trained and equipped. The list of areas to be cleaned will be provided to the winning contractor before the contract is signed.
